ARENA Working Paper Series

ARENA – Centre for European Studies at the University of Oslo has published working papers since 1994 and on-line editions dates back to approx. mid-1996. ARENA Working Papers Series report about work in progress, as well as contributions by visiting researchers. The papers are intended for publication in scholarly journals. The Working Paper Series is designed to bring to a wider readership a selection of papers presented at ARENA. The papers are available in HTML or PDF format.

Quality control policy: The acting director of ARENA works as an editor of the pre-print series. He will distribute all papers to two reviewers. These will usually be two of ARENA's senior staff. Yet, if we need special expertise not available among ourselves, he will use an outsider. Final decision is taken by the acting director.
